Earlier this year faculty member Pablo Paredes presented a talk on “Designing Stress Management IoT ‘In the Wild’“. In this talk, Dr. Paredes explores an emerging need for research on interventions to improve stress monitoring and recovery. A novel breed of unobtrusive Internet-connected (IoT) sensors embedded in cars, chairs, desks and other objects is one solution that has a lot of potential for helping us to manage this condition early.
